  Rising young soprano Kim Sheehan has been described by Opera Now as “sporting a super voice and blissfully funny acting skills” and has sung many of the roles in the coloratura repertoire in Germany, Switzerland, the UK and her home country of Ireland.

  She has worked with established opera companies such as the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Zürich Opera House, Opera North, Grange Park Opera, Garsington Festival Opera, Opera Ireland, NI Opera, Thüringen Opera and Wexford Festival Opera where her roles have included Zerbinetta Ariadne auf Naxos, Queen of the Night Der Zauberflöte, Rosina Il barbiere di Siviglia, Micaela Carmen, and Giulietta I Capuletti e I Montecchi.

  Concert appearances include performances at the National Concert Hall Dublin, St John′s Smith Square, Royal Albert Hall and St Martin-in-the-Fields.

  She studied at DIT Conservatory of Music Dublin, Royal College of Music and at the International Opera Studio at Zürich Opera House.
