Gloria!  Griffiths debuts in Brahms and Poulenc with the Kingston CS

The outstanding British conductor ANDREW GRIFFITHS makes his debut as Music Director of the Kingston Choral Society on Saturday 11 June, when he will conduct the KCS and the Thames Sinfonia in a beautiful programme featuring Brahms’ Requiem and Poulenc’s Gloria (with world-class soloists Jacques Imbrailo and Anita Watson). 

Griffiths makes his debut at Chicago Opera Theater next season, and has already conducted the Orchestra of Opera North in a performance of Figaro at the ROH, the Southbank Sinfonia and the Orchestra of the ROH at the Linbury.  He has worked extensively with Opera North, Paragon Ensemble Scotland, Early Opera Company and Iford Opera.
