Gennady Rozhdestvensky conducts the Iceland Symphony

Gennady Rozhdestvensky conducts the Iceland Symphony Orchestra for two concerts. The first concert sees an all Russian programme, with Viktoria Postnikova (pianist) joining him for Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 2, followed by Rachmaninov’s Symphonic Dances, Thursday 15 September.
The second concert takes place on Thursday 22 September with a programme of Mozart, Sibelius & Janacek.
