Matthew Brook “resplendent” in Hyperion’s Christmas Oratorio

Hyperion’s recent release of Bach’s Christmas Oratorio has been named ‘Album of the Week’ by Classic FM. Reviewed on the ‘New Releases Show’, the recording features bass-baritone Matthew Brook who sings alongside the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment directed by Stephen Layton. Described on the show as a recording which “you can’t go wrong with” (David Mellor), Matthew’s performance has been highly praised:
