Rayfield Allied is delighted to welcome Lithuanian mezzo-soprano Justina Gringytė to the roster for general management.
Praised for her "thunderously powerful voice" (The Guardian) and her "knockout technique" (The Times), Justina's signature roles include title role Carmen (English National Opera, Scottish Opera, Teatro Massimo di Palermo, Teatro Municipal de Sao Carlo in Lisbon and Lithuanian National Opera) and Maddalena Rigoletto (Royal Opera House, Covent Garden; Teatro Real, Madrid; English National Opera and at the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow). Other roles include Hänsel Hänsel und Gretel, Roméo I Capuleti e I Montecchi and Dalila Samson et Dalila.
In the 2019-20 season she returns to the roles of Hänsel Hänsel und Gretel (Korean National Opera) and title role Carmen (Lithuanian National Opera and English National Opera) and makes her role debut as Santuzza Cavalleria Rusticana (Scottish Opera).
