Helen Charlston's 'Isolation Songbook' premiere on 29th July

27 July 2020

We're very much looking forward to the premiere of the 'Isolation Songbook', an initiative by Helen Charlston involving 15 newly commissioned songs and duets written during lockdown as a musical response to the changing world.

Helen will be joined by Michael Craddock and pianist Alexander Soares, as they perform as part of the City Music Foundation Live series. Works include Ben Rowarth’s composition on A A Milne’s ‘The King’s Breakfast’, Heloise Werner's new work set to Ali Lewis’ ‘The Orange Vendor’, and songs by Owain Park, Richard Barnard, Nathan Dearden and James Davy.

Watch the performance broadcast live here from the St Pancras Tower on Wednesday 29th July at 6pm. The concert will be available to watch again for the following few weeks.
